In 2024 Oxford used its own MAT, PAT and TSA tests, and the UCAT instead of the BMAT for Medicine. For 2027 entry Oxford uses the UAT-UK tests (ESAT, TARA, TMUA) where a course requires one, plus the UCAT for Medicine and the LNAT for Law.
What Oxford used in 2024
Mathematics Admissions Test (MAT), Physics Admissions Test for Physics, Engineering and Materials Science (PAT) and Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA), taken online at Pearson VUE test centres.
“In 2024, in place of the BMAT, Oxford will use the Pearson VUE UCAT for Medicine”.
What Oxford says for 2027 entry
“From 2026, Oxford will be using admissions tests owned and managed by UAT-UK, in addition to the existing LNAT and UCAT tests for Law and Medicine courses. The ESAT, TARA and TMUA will be taken by Oxford candidates where required for admission to their chosen course.”

We have not found an official page that says one test replaces another one-for-one (for example MAT with TMUA), so we do not claim that. Use your Oxford course page to see which test your course requires.
If you searched for the BMAT
The BMAT is not on Oxford's current list of tests. Oxford used the UCAT for Medicine in 2024 instead of the BMAT, and its 2027-entry page lists the UCAT for Medicine and Graduate-entry Medicine.
